What Information We Gather or Track

  • Little Dickens collects data so that we may display personalized content to our visitors. Additionally, usage information may be analyzed so that we can judge our system's performance or execute your customized features.
  • We may collect information from customers and visitors to our Web site. This information allows us to process orders from customers by collecting their First Name, Last Name, eMail, Password, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Billing Address and Shipping Address. Other information such as Date, Time and IP address is also collected.
  • Your browser offers so-called "cookies" which -- if you allow their use -- store small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to any of our sites. Cookies assist us in tracking which of our features you like best. Cookies can enable us to customize our content according to your preferences. However, cookies tell us nothing about you personally unless you specifically give us the requested additional information.

  • Little Dickens may send a newsletter to our Users. If you would like to stop receiving the newsletters you may unsubscribe by removing your account.

  • Little Dickens does not sell or commercially make available specific information about its Users or Users other than in aggregate form, except in cooperation with law enforcement bodies in regards to content violations or violations of applicable laws. Our Security Measures

However, we cannot be responsible for how third parties, whose links appear on our site, use your information. You should know that no data transmission is one hundred percent guaranteed against easdropping. Because your site is ultimately protected by you and your password, much of your information security is up to you.
  • Little Dickens has implemented additional precautions to ensure the privacy of your personal information. We have a strict firewall in place which does not allow any outside access. Access in the company is limited to only individuals who need to be able to see customer data in order to perform their job functions, such as the billing department. Important personal data is backed up on the network to help insure its integrity.

Return/Exchange Policy

Little Dickens Return/Exchange Policy: Customer Satisfaction is our priority. Please read all instructions and policies carefully. Watch your email in case we need to contact you. Open your delivery and check it thoroughly upon arrival to be sure it was filled as ordered.

Little Dickens Error : If an error has been made by Little Dickens, please notify us immediately. If we have shipped the wrong size or color other than what your order states or the wrong merchandise, we will provide you with a return shipping label at no charge. Upon notification we will immediately ship the correct size, color or merchandise. The merchandise received in error must be post-marked for return to our warehouse within 5 days of  receipt or you will be additionally charged for the replacement.

 

Damaged in Transit: If merchandise arrives damaged it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order  for Little Dickens to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box with the packing material it arrived in, notify Little Dickens immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Little Dickens of damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Call 631-471-3643 Little Dickens  Customer Service to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

 

Return or Exchange of Standard Merchandise: Please call Customer Service at 631-471-3643 or e-mai lSales@littledickensshoppe.com within 3 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product for return or exchange. NO returns or exchanges of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number and nature of the problem.  This policy does not apply to Christening, Communion or Party Hat purchases.

 

Return/Exchange Conditions: All products to be returned or exchanged MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original parts, boxes and packing materials/coverings, tags, hangers on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Refunds or exchanges will not be given on items that have been used, worn or damaged due to customer misuse or negligence. Garments must not be altered, laundered, worn, stained or damaged. Garments must be free of odors (perfume, smoke, mildew, etc.) and free of pet or animal hair. Little Dickens strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with tracking and proof of delivery for your protection. This policy does not apply to Christening, Communion or Party Hat purchases.

 

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return it Please contact us for RMA#. The return shipping will be at your expense. The return shipment must be post-marked within 5 business days of receipt with RMA number to receive a full refund. If the return merchandise is post-marked past 5 business days after customer receipt it will be returmed to customer. Items post marked for return within 5 business days of delivery without an RMA number will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Items post marked with an RMA number after 5 business days days will receive a store credit less a 30% restocking fee. Items returned after 5 business days without an RMA will be returned to the customer and charged additional shipping fees. This policy does not apply to Christening, Communion or Party Hat purchases.

 

Exchange Policy: If you purchased the wrong size and need to exchange it for another size. Please contact Little Dickens. The return shipping will be at your expense. Once the warehouse receives your exchange merchandise we will ship the correct size. If time is of the essence to receive an exchange we recommend that you order the correct size and return the original for a refund. Items received within 5 business days for exchange without an RMA number will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Exchanges beyond the 12 business day notification period will be at the discretion of Little Dickens as availability of exchange merchandise is subject to seasonal changes, etc. This policy does not apply to Christening, Communion, or Party Hat purchases.

Non-Defects: Fabrics and trims contain variations in the natural fibers and colors. Slight variances or perceived imperfections in the natural fibers are not considered defects or a reflection of the quality of the garment. Computer representations of color are as accurate as possible and can vary depending on monitor resolution. Colors by dye lot will vary and swatches are not available.

Non-Refundable/Returnable: Shipping and rush order fees, garments under $40 are final sale, as are sale items.

Free Shipping: If you received free shipping and wish to return the merchandise, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Free shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase.

Communion and Christening Special Orders and Accessories: Communion, Christening, Special Orders and all Accessories have a different return/exchange policy. We offer a 3-day review period from the day you receive your order. You must email or fax Little dickens for a return authorization. Please contact us by phone if you have not received your confirmation and RA#. Refund on Communion, Christening and or accessories will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and free shipping charges will be deducted from credit. All to be returned at customers expense within 3 days. All Items will be inspected thoroughly before any credit issued.
 
The conditions for returns are:
-Items includes all attached tags, hangers and plastic
-Item has not been worn or altered.
-NO stains
-Item is returned within 3 days of customer receipt.
 
Cancellation Policy Communion, Christening, Special Order and all accessories. There is a $50 Cancellation Fee if cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours it is a 50% Cancellation Fee and production and or shipping has begun.
